Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. However most orders if received by 12pm Pacific Time Zone are shipped same day. We pride ourselves on the fast service we provide for our customers.


Ground - 5 to 7 days = $10.95


Express - 1 to 3 days = $36.95


Overnight Air - 1 to 2 days = $43.95

*Please be aware items being shipped to unconfirmed mailing address can cause delays, or even cancellation of order. In order to reduce fraudulent activity, and protect all customers all orders are reviewed and customers may be contacted for verification purposes. (Unconfirmed Shipping Address = An address that is not confirmed to be a viable address by the customers credit card company or PayPal.)

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.



Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Often times we have worked out a flat rate shipping rate with the carriers we use which will work toward your benefit. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.



Please contact us immediately if a shipment arrives damaged or broken.

Shipping weights are actual weights and express shipments may weigh more or less due to dimensional weight calculations
